In today's Gospel, Jesus reminds us that the way to his kingdom is very narrow, and we must constantly guard our actions and maintain our relationship with the Father through prayer. Msgr. Magee tells us that this parable is a warning to all those who really do not want God and can't be bothered by his will. There is a decision placed before each and every one of us, to choose to be the Lord's disciple, or not. Our job is to focus on the mission of our life, not everyone else's.
